There’s a song on my mind today, Reader:

“How deep the Father’s love for us…”**

On this Good Friday, we look to the cross and remember Christ’s sacrifice on our behalf, the ultimate gift of God’s love.

As the hymn continues: “How vast beyond all measure…” I am reminded of the significance of what we celebrate this weekend and how it changed everything, for all of time.

However you “celebrate” Good Friday (that, on its own, doesn’t seem all that “good”), I pray that you know the depth of God’s love for you and His delight in you as His beloved daughter.
